At first get the link and put it into the browser window.
Then you should see next picture in the center of the screen:

You don't need to register to get the link.
Now you should click on "Download" button

Now you must enter CAPTCHA (numbers on the left side) into the input box and press "Generate Link" button.
The page will reloads and you will see the link for downloading as following:

Click the received link to Download, or copy it to your download manager (FlashGET, ReGET, DownloadMaster...)
